Formivo
Your forms. Your backend. Your leads in one place.
1 person waiting for launch day
What is Formivo?
Formivo is a form backend for websites and client projects. You keep the form you already have, point its action at a single public Formivo endpoint, and Formivo handles receiving the submissions. It validates requests, applies rate limits and spam protection, stores each lead in your workspace, and gives you a dashboard to search, filter and review them.
It is built for developers who ship websites for clients and want to avoid building and deploying their own backend. There is no API key to manage and no SDK to install. The page describes support for HTML, React, Vue, PHP and cURL, and a read-only client portal lets you share a single form's leads with a client without exposing the rest of your workspace.
What sets Formivo apart, according to the page, is its endpoint-first approach: the public URL can only write a validated submission, while reading, updating and exporting require an authenticated workspace member. Row Level Security is applied on every table, and the plan has a free tier with paid Pro and Agency options.

Free users just get a taste of the product, they have a shorter amount of time that they can record for. Premium users get a whole lot more, they have everything from writing styles to longer recordings to integrations with other apps.
Cap The Free Tier At The Exact Moment Recording Becomes Useful Enough To Pay For
The free tier intentionally limits recording length so users hit the wall at the exact moment the product becomes useful. Paid unlocks longer recordings, writing styles, and integrations — turning activation friction into the paywall trigger and avoiding the dead-weight 'forever free' bucket.
When we do exactly the same thing and change the format we're making 10 times more money. So that was how we migrated into being an in-app message first app.
In-app messages make 10x more money than email at the same offer
Lose It! ran a clean A/B with the cohort as the denominator: half the eligible audience got an email blast, half got an in-app message with identical copy and offer. IAMs generated ~10x the revenue. Users in-product are higher-intent, the funnel is shorter (Apple/Google subscribe is one tap), and the surface is free to send.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
