FlockDetour
Flock camera map and detour routes for drivers
What is FlockDetour?
Find Flock Safety cameras and other license plate readers (ALPR) on a free map. Compare the fastest route with detours that pass fewer known cameras. Works with Apple CarPlay.
FlockDetour is GPS navigation built around that map. Plan a trip and compare the fastest route with Balanced and Fewer cameras detours. Each route shows the minutes and miles it adds and how many known plate readers it passes. You decide what the detour is worth.
The camera map, fastest-route preview, agency records, and news are free. Turn-by-turn navigation and the Balanced and Fewer cameras modes require FlockDetour Pro.

It was a problem I myself had experience with, so I knew there was something there. So I built the simplest MVP. I ended up building the MVP in about 2 weeks and I started marketing right away on Reddit. I got my first MRR and even more purely off Reddit.
Ship a 2-week MVP and start marketing on Reddit the same day
Diego compressed everything: 2-week MVP, no waitlist, no pre-launch — start posting on Reddit the day the product is usable. The same compression worked for first MRR and got him to $17K within four months. Marketing on day one is what made the speed pay off.
the building in public is sometimes very congested to what you do professionally try to actually be authentically sharing expressing what you're going through internally in your mind people will find very interesting about someone expressing and they get the courage to do the same thing
Live in public, not just build in public
Most build-in-public advice focuses on ship logs and MRR screenshots. Sharath pushes further: share what's happening inside the head. Add one short, honest post per week about an internal state — a doubt, a stuck moment, an emotion behind a decision. Audience trust compounds on the human layer, not the feature layer.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
