What is FineData.ai?

FineData.ai is a web scraping API. You send a URL and the fields you need, and it returns clean JSON without you maintaining browsers or page selectors. A schema describes the fields to extract, and the API handles JavaScript rendering, proxy routing and challenge handling in a single request. Output is also available as Markdown, text, links and screenshots.

It is aimed at developers building data pipelines and at teams building AI agents that need access to the web. Agents can connect through a native MCP server by adding FineData to an MCP client with an API key, or developers can call the REST API from Python, JavaScript or any HTTP client. Example use cases on the site include price intelligence from product pages, consolidating public property listings from different portals, and collecting public financial news and filings for research.

What sets it apart, according to the page, is that you define the fields once and get structured data back rather than writing selectors for each page layout. Pricing is token based, with failed requests not billed and each response reporting its token usage. A free plan includes 1,000 tokens per month, and a pay-as-you-go option is available, with paid monthly plans for individuals and teams. The site states that it is built for public and authorized web data and that users should respect site terms, privacy and rate limits.

Distribution
I spend 1 hour a day marketing I post the videos same day I usually don't schedule them far out just because I can iterate way faster... I run three Instagram accounts to split up my videos because I want to try and spread all of them out by at least 3 or 4 hours I don't want the algorithm to think I'm spamming it.

Post Same-Day Instead Of Batching So You Can Iterate On Winning Formats In Real Time

Jack refuses to batch a month of content because daily posting lets him iterate on what's working that week instead of locking in a dead template. He splits volume across 3 IG accounts with 3-4 hour gaps and never reuses the same video+metadata, since modern algorithms now detect duplicate uploads.

Onboarding
what's the base case like what happens if you just have a sign up form that goes directly into your zero state product... we over rotated a lot in that specific area... if you don't compare it to a base case of just strip it out entirely for 5 days and see what's the opportunity size

Test stripping your onboarding quiz entirely before optimizing it

ElevenLabs spent too many experiment cycles optimizing an onboarding quiz before asking the more fundamental question: what happens if it is removed entirely? When the zero-onboarding baseline was finally tested, the difference in retention and monetization was smaller than expected, suggesting the quiz had been adding friction without commensurate value. Always benchmark new onboarding complexity against a control group with no onboarding at all.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
