What is EveryTask?

EveryTask is a PDF editor and document workflow tool for creating, editing, reviewing, approving and signing documents. Users can edit and annotate PDFs with text, highlights, comments and redaction, complete forms, place signatures, and merge, split, rotate and reorder pages. Documents are organised into projects, so each client's files, generated documents and uploaded PDFs sit together.

The product is aimed at independent professionals, growing teams and agencies, including marketing, design and creative agencies that handle proposals, client review and signed work. Templates for proposals, contracts, invoices and briefs can be filled in from a form, with a brand kit applying colours and fonts to generated documents.

What sets it apart is the emphasis on version history. Every save creates a new version, and restoring an earlier version moves a pointer rather than overwriting later work. Clients can be invited to comment on a document, threads can be resolved, and the decision stays alongside the file. A Google Drive integration lets users import a selected PDF directly into a client project.

A free workspace includes one project, and many of the free tools, such as merge, split, rotate and images to PDF, can be used in the browser without an account. Paid plans add more active projects.

Audience
The challenge with with that segment is that there's always these you know really esoteric and extreme product requirements... a lot of them are kind of living the van life... they don't want to really pay you any money either it's like this isn't a good growth segment.

Your Loudest Users Are Not Your Largest Market — Target The Hesitant Majority Instead

AllTrails' 2015 rebrand moved away from hardcore through-hikers (who demanded extreme features and rarely paid) toward the 'my wife' persona — someone who enjoys outdoor time with family but lacks confidence to go alone. That mainstream-hesitant segment is hundreds of millions of people vs. hundreds of thousands of van-lifers. Vocal power users can misdirect your roadmap toward a segment that will never drive revenue.

we saw about a third of our leads every day were saying they wanted traditional bodybuilding and at that moment it was mostly women who were coming through our funnel and saying that and we didn't have a traditional bodybuilding program so the conversion rate for that user versus someone who didn't say they wanted bodybuilding was half

A 15-question quiz routing 1M users became the product roadmap for which coaches to hire

A million people completed Ladder's 15-question web quiz in 18 months. When a third consistently chose 'traditional bodybuilding' but Ladder had no such program, conversion rate for that cohort was half the average — a clear signal. The quiz became a demand-forecasting tool: identify the missing modality from unmet quiz responses, model the revenue, then recruit the exact right coach to fill it. Ladder's last two launches came directly from this data.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
