Easypanel· Server deployment control panel
Deploy anything on your server
What is Easypanel?
Easypanel is a server deployment control panel.
Easypanel helps founders and developers deploy applications and databases on their own server. It provides a browser interface for working with Docker images, Docker Compose, and source repositories from GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. Automatic SSL, database management, deployment logs, and a browser shell keep everyday operations accessible in one place. CPU, memory, and disk monitoring help you inspect server usage, while automated backups support ongoing maintenance. Choose from more than 750 one-click apps, including n8n, Supabase, WordPress, Immich, and Nextcloud. Easypanel is proprietary self-hosted software with a free plan and optional paid plans.

What other founders did to grow.

until like several hundred thousand per month we spend zero dollar in ads why because we invented basically the animated posters in stories... people were just referring the app without any like referral mechanism
Product virality funded early growth: zero ad spend to hundreds of thousands/month
Mojo reached several hundred thousand monthly users spending nothing on paid acquisition. The product itself was shareable: Mojo invented the animated Instagram story poster format, so every post was a walking ad. Users were DMed by friends asking how they made it. Organic referral built entirely through product output, not a bolted-on referral program.
We know that there's a level of importance of having a certain amount of information that is just readily available for those core user needs but what we have identified is that there are users and specific cohorts within our business that are willing to pay.
Generous Free Tier + Paying Power-User Cohort Is a Valid Dual-Track Strategy
Weather.com serves massive anonymous traffic with a full free experience (ad-supported), while separately identifying a 'weather enthusiast' cohort that wants deeper radar data and hourly details. Keeping the free tier generous keeps casual users engaged and monetized via ads, while the premium tier targets the narrow but real segment with high willingness to pay. Not every app must choose — dual-track can work when the audiences are distinct.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
