What is dtectr AI?
dtectr AI is a Threat Management System (TMS) built on Agentic AI Video Analytics. Its premise is simple: every camera becomes an autonomous security agent. Most surveillance video is never watched live, and motion-based alerts bury security teams in false alarms. dtectr AI replaces passive recording with dozens of in-house agents that watch around the clock, verify what they see, and act.
The agents identify brandished firearms and edged weapons, Suspicious Behavior such as loitering, tailgating, and after-hours perimeter activity, people-safety events such as falls and fights, fire and smoke, and unattended objects. Every incident follows one auditable workflow: Detect, Verify, Respond, Investigate. A detection is confirmed across cameras, then the Agentic Command Center can lock doors, close gates, broadcast announcements, alert staff by SMS, voice, and app, and brief first responders, with human approval available at every step. Each incident produces a SitRep for your team and partners, and natural-language forensic search turns hours of footage into answers.
All inference runs 100% on-premises on NVIDIA GPU edge appliances sized to the site. Video never leaves the building, deployments can run fully air-gapped, and the platform is camera- and VMS-agnostic over standard RTSP/ONVIF, so there is no rip-and-replace. dtectr AI is partner-first and delivered through certified security systems integrators. Pricing is individualized for each customer.

I set up a pre-sale… 50 licenses at kind of an absurdly low price… pretty quickly it sold out within 2 or 3 days, and I made my first $20,000 before the idea was even built.
Pre-sell 50 lifetime licenses — collect $20K before writing a line of code
Real validation isn't asking friends or surveying willingness-to-pay — it's collecting money. A tiered pre-sale of 50 lifetime licenses with a money-back guarantee sold out in 2-3 days and netted $20K before any code was written, proving demand and funding the build.
they will buy an app or a business right a subscription business and they will fire 97% of those employees within the first month and just think about that concept right effectively they're not shutting down the business they're just lifting the business off whatever infrastructure and team was done and they're putting it onto their existing team.
Bending Spoons runs 600 people across a growing portfolio — that's operational leverage tech has never seen
Crowley breaks down the Bending Spoons playbook as extreme operational leverage: a fixed elite team of ~600 runs an ever-growing portfolio by applying shared infrastructure, pricing expertise, and marketing systems to each acquisition. The 97% staff reduction isn't business destruction — it's elimination of redundant overhead. The surviving business runs leaner with more resources than it had before.
