Dispoly
Book vehicles, rooms and equipment in one place
Productivity·Operations & Logistics
What is Dispoly?
Dispoly replaces paper lists, group chats and clashing spreadsheets for shared vehicles, rooms and equipment. Everyone sees what is free right now and over the whole week.
Booking pages with public links let members, partners and guests book without an account. Each page either confirms instantly or waits for your team's approval. Approve or reject in one click and the requester gets an email.
Every resource has its own plan, logbook and QR sign: pickup and return, including odometer readings and damage notes, are recorded right at the vehicle. Logbooks export to Excel or CSV.
Also included: a central resource catalog with categories, locations and custom fields; blocked periods for maintenance and closures; payment at booking by card, or record payments on site; calendar sync (iCal) with Google, Outlook and Apple; CSV / Excel import and export; and a website embed so visitors book right on your site.
Built for clubs, teams, municipalities and companies. Free 30-day trial, no contract, no setup fees.

Be everywhere from day one — claim every channel, then prune what dies
At launch Fares claimed handles on every platform and posted to all of them, starting with Twitter because it was event-driven for swim competitions. Channels rose and fell — Snapchat dropped off, TikTok joined in 2019, YouTube became the deepest-trust focus only in the last few years. The land-grab is cheap; the pruning is on data.
