What is DispatchTool?
DispatchTool is a fleet software platform that combines dispatching, live GPS tracking, documents, broker communication, maintenance, revenue analytics, and a driver mobile app in one place. Its terminology, workflows, and reports adapt to the industry you operate in, so freight haulers, HVAC field service teams, and medical transport providers can each use it in their own language. Dispatchers can see where every truck is in real time, share tracking links with brokers and customers, and keep a full communication audit trail. Documents such as BOLs, PODs, and rate confirmations can be handled digitally, with AI-powered parsing for rate confirmations.
The platform is built for owner-operators, dispatchers, and fleets of any size, from a single truck to fleets of 100 or more. Drivers get iOS and Android apps for their assigned jobs, turn-by-turn truck-safe navigation, status updates, proof of delivery uploads, and messaging with dispatch. Routing is commercial-vehicle aware and uses truck height, weight, length, and HazMat settings to avoid low clearances and restricted roads.
Beyond dispatch, DispatchTool includes IFTA reporting, driver settlements with per-mile, percentage, or flat-rate pay, expense tracking, load profitability, DVIR inspections, and ELD integrations with providers such as Samsara and Motive. The company positions it as an all-in-one alternative to juggling spreadsheets and separate accounting software, with every feature included on every plan and no add-on fees for IFTA, settlements, or driver seats.
A 7-day free trial is available on every plan. A card is required to start it, but you are not charged during the trial, and truck-safe navigation and trucking calculators are also available free of charge.

For the second year renewals it's basically 25 EUR per user that remains — and it includes the free and the paid users — that you have to have in the annual sub same or more to benefit from it.
Second-year retention math: every retained user (free or paid) costs €25 in ARR to break even
Year two of opting into the new terms requires each remaining user, free or paid, to generate at least €25 in annual subscription revenue. Long-tail free users become an active liability, forcing a rethink of the freemium model itself — long-retained free users are now a cost center.
if you're looking at the unit economics where the app has really good ASO and it's like the top result for a very specific keyword the average revenue per user could be five dollars and it looks amazing but then the problem you run into there is that the intent on a paid install is nowhere near the intent on a search install.
Your organic revenue-per-user may be deceptively high — paid traffic converts at a fraction of search intent
Apps with strong ASO have revenue-per-user numbers inflated by high-intent searchers. Using that figure to project paid UA profitability leads to expensive mistakes. Petit recommends always segmenting by acquisition source before extrapolating unit economics to paid channels, because paid and organic users behave like completely different cohorts.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
