What is Charming?
Charming lets you build apps with Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants, then publish and share them like a Google Doc. You describe what you want in chat, and Charming creates and publishes the app at a real link you can open in your browser or on your phone.
Charming works inside existing AI assistants including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Cursor. Personal use is free with no app limit, and a Pro plan adds more storage, saved versions, activity history, custom domains, and removal of the Charming mark. A Team plan and Charming for Work are offered for organizations.

for all subscriptions in May who were billed on the web only three and a half percent are currently set to cancel... of that cohort that could potentially renew in 2026 almost 19% have already turned off autorenew
Web billing has 5x better early retention than IAP: 3.5% vs 19% auto-renew cancellations
Early renewal data from Dipsy shows only 3.5% of web-billed annual subscribers had already turned off auto-renew, vs 19% of IAP subscribers eligible to renew the following year — a 5x difference in early cancellation signal. Even if initial web conversion is slightly lower, the long-term LTV picture is likely to favor web billing for annual plans.
post churn I should say for the customer that exit yeah surveying them yeah surveying them and saying like hey why did you leave not necessarily just like yeah we're not we'll we'll try to win them back but more so for our own edification to say okay yeah we need to we need to fix this because if they're leaving for a stupid reason that could have been fixed in two seconds that you know you you really need to
Survey churned customers to find the stupid two-second fixes
Reframe churn surveys from win-back tool to product intelligence loop. The goal isn't bringing the customer back — it's preventing the next 100 churns by surfacing trivial fixes that wouldn't show up in any dashboard. Most exits are caused by something that takes two seconds to repair once it's named.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
