CaseReview.Health
Physician-led medical review and AI-assisted record indexing that builds a trial-ready case file for personal injury firms.
What is CaseReview.Health?
CaseReview.Health is a platform for personal injury law firms that combines physician-led medical review with AI-assisted record indexing. The goal is to document every impairment, causation link, and future expense in a medical chart so it is defensible and easy to find when needed in depositions or at trial.
The service is built for personal injury firms that need their case files organized. CaseLink intake sends one secure link per treating provider with a HIPAA-compliant Release of Information attached, so records can arrive without repeated faxing and follow-up. CaseMap AI then indexes records by provider, date, and injury as they arrive, flagging items such as causation statements, treatment gaps, and pre-existing conditions.
On the clinical side, the platform offers expert radiology review in which AI-flagged imaging findings are verified by a board-certified physician, along with structured neurocognitive testing for TBI and soft-tissue injuries. Firms can choose between a full-service Life Care Plan, built and signed by a Certified Life Care Planner, or a lower-cost Expert Second Opinion for early evaluation or smaller matters.
CaseMap AI is described as a research and indexing layer rather than a diagnostic tool. The page states that clinical conclusions require licensed, board-certified physician review.

Instead of 'start your free trial' it's 'redeem your free week.' For an app that delivers value you really are giving them value — it costs us every time somebody opens the app. It's not just a free trial, it really is a value exchange.
"Redeem Your Free Week" Out-Performs "Start Free Trial" — Framing Matters
Curtis Herbert (Slopes) introduced the 'redeem your free week' reframe, and None to Run adopted it. Combined with a quick-subscribe button that bypasses the full paywall screen and directly triggers the Apple IAP flow, the framing change drove nearly 100 new subscriptions in two weeks. The shift from 'start a trial' to 'redeem value' changes the psychological transaction from risky commitment to deserved reward.
I recommend something that I do regularly I have this self-reflection Sumit at least once every quarter just to evaluate where I stand in this constantly changing world around me I have new things that I do I have new people that I talk to this impacts what I should be doing
Run a quarterly self-reflection summit on your constraints
The system that worked six months ago is probably wrong now — new commitments, new collaborators, new audience composition all shift what your bottleneck is. Block a half-day every quarter (Arvid calls it a self-reflection summit) to list your current constraints, your current process, and where they no longer match. Adjust the process, not the goals. Without this ritual you accumulate friction silently.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
