What is Browlens?
Browlens is an AI eyebrow shape analyzer and virtual try-on tool that turns your photo into a brow design studio. Unlike basic selfie filters, Browlens maps your natural brow geometry: it detects facial landmarks, overlays guide lines for the brow head, arch, and tail, and gives you six movable control points to fine-tune the placement yourself. Once your brow map is set, you can adjust thickness, length, angle, spacing, overall height, and arch height for both brows together or each side independently. A built-in balance report measures arch-height and brow-length differences between your left and right brows, without a subjective beauty score. Choose from six brow styles — Natural, Arched, Straight, Soft Angled, Feathered, and Defined — and generate an AI photo that shows the result on your face. Brow mapping, six-point editing, and the balance report are completely free with no sign-up required.

it's very important that the way you monetize needs to fit the way your product is being used... a lot of our competition does subscription and we have a big banner saying no subscription, one-time payment
Match Your Monetization Model to How the Product Is Actually Used
Ure deliberately chose a credit-based model for Parakeet AI instead of a subscription, turning the pricing structure itself into a differentiator. By scanning the competitive landscape and noticing everyone else defaulted to subscriptions, he made no-subscription a headline marketing claim on the landing page. Pricing architecture is a positioning decision, not just a revenue mechanic.
We have a list of 250 to 300,000 people… we spent about $4,000 a month and send some millions of emails every month… it technically generates somewhere between 80 to $120,000 a month.
A $4K/mo email list quietly prints $80–120K/mo in revenue
A 300K-subscriber email list costs about $4K/month to send and returns $80–120K/month in revenue — a 20–30× return. Owned email is the most reliable re-engagement channel; build the list early and treat it as the compounding asset, not a one-off broadcast.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
