What is Bohemica Signage?
Bohemica Signage is a digital signage system for showing fresh content on any number of screens, managed from one control room. Content can be uploaded as videos, images, or linked web pages, then scheduled for playback on each screen or group of screens. Screens can be organized into groups by branch, floor, or content type, and their status and currently playing content can be monitored in real time.
The system is aimed at businesses with multiple locations or screens, including retail, restaurants, hotels, companies and offices, hospitals and healthcare, transportation hubs, schools and universities, fitness centers, and public institutions. Content is updated remotely from a web browser, so changes can be made from anywhere.
Bohemica Signage runs on Raspberry Pi 5, Asus NUC, or existing equipment, with an ISO download for the player. The site describes the interface as intuitive enough to use without an IT specialist, and offers both self-setup and help from the team. It also supports in-store background music with ad spots at frequencies the user sets.
Pricing is based on active screens: the first screen is free, and paid plans start from 5.50 euros per screen per month, depending on the number of screens.

If we do find from ASA we find some things that are high performing we can obviously bring it back to our general ASO — and there's also the whole MMP angle there with ASO like trying to really make sense that if this is the keyword that is only driving monthly active usage or is it driving real subscription.
Let Apple Search Ads tell you which keywords actually drive subscriptions — then move them organic
Running Apple Search Ads alongside organic ASO isn't just a spend decision — it's a measurement tool. Paid search reveals which keywords convert to paying subscribers, not just installs or MAU. Once a high-monetization keyword is identified through ASA data, fold it into the organic keyword bank to capture free traffic with proven LTV.
the biggest wins we found were always like the third or fourth swing at something because you ship something you realize it doesn't work and if you move on immediately then unless you were completely off base it doesn't work
Your Biggest Product Wins Come On The Third Or Fourth Attempt At The Same Problem
Dan's repeated experience at Codeacademy: the first and second attempt at any meaningful product problem rarely land. Engineers need time to learn the codebase area; designers need to internalize the nuances; the team needs to build intuition. The teams that win are the ones that stay focused on a problem long enough to take three or four shots — and look for 'signs of life' in test variants rather than declaring failure and moving on.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
