What is Ayillo?
Ayillo is property management software that runs the full property lifecycle in one system, from listing and leasing through rent collection, maintenance, renewals, turnover and portfolio reporting. Property, resident, money and work records stay connected, so information does not have to be re-entered across separate tools.
The product is aimed at residential and commercial portfolios of any size. Owners with a few units can start with a simple workspace that replaces spreadsheets, scattered documents and text threads, while property management teams with 10 to 50+ units can add leasing, payments, maintenance, owner reporting and team permissions as needed.
The page highlights several capabilities: collecting rent, deposits and fees while tracking what is paid and outstanding; managing tenants and documents; creating listings and handling inquiries and applications; screening, lease creation, e-signatures and renewals; and assigning maintenance work and coordinating vendors. An AI assistant can answer questions about live property data, and a mobile experience covers the core manager tasks.
Ayillo lists published pricing starting at $49 per month with 5 residential units included, with no setup fee and monthly cancellation. A 30-day free trial is offered, and a migration preview lets users see what would import from an existing system before creating an account, with files parsed in the browser rather than uploaded.

As a bootstrapper, the number one thing that you've got to strive for is profit. There are many decisions you could make as money starts to come in that could creep into your profit.
Profit beats growth — the things that creep in once revenue arrives are what kill bootstrappers
Once revenue arrives, expensive agencies and shiny product pivots quietly eat the margin that keeps a solo operator alive. The discipline is to protect profit over chasing growth, because profit is what funds the next bet without outside capital. Growth-at-all-costs is a VC game, not a bootstrap one.

Separate apps unlock distinct pricing per ICP without compromise
Running two separate apps let ElevenLabs offer radically different pricing models to different ICPs. The flagship app uses credits and characters that power-creator users understand, while Reader prices by listening hours, which maps to how consumers think about audiobook consumption. A single app with one pricing model would have forced an awkward compromise; separate apps allowed pricing clarity for each audience.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
