Autonnel
Open-source, AI-native funnel builder for e-commerce
What is Autonnel?
Autonnel is an open-source, AI-native funnel builder for e-commerce. Generate landing, checkout and upsell pages from a prompt, then connect them to Shopify, WooCommerce or the open-source Picocart. A build agent composes real components onto the page, and a scheduled analysis agent runs your funnel data through your own LLM and alerts the team when a step slips. It ships with an MCP server and scoped API keys so agents can read and write funnels, pages and orders. Other modules include server-side ad postbacks to Meta, TikTok, Google and Bing, one-click post-purchase upsells on the saved card, funnel-level A/B tests, multi-step abandonment recall, and many domains on one deployment. Self-host it for free on Node, Docker or Cloudflare Workers under Apache-2.0, or use the managed cloud at a flat $29 a month with no revenue share.

My biggest unlock at Tinder was when I really started to think of the subscription tiers in terms of packages and all the way from like the intro subscriber who's probably younger and has less income... to like the most uh the largest whale you can imagine right someone who can spend like $50,000 a year on a subscription product.
Build Subscription Tiers Across The Full Demand Curve — From Intro Subscriber To $50K Whale
Jeff's packaging unlock at Tinder was designing tiers that spanned the full demand curve — from a low-price entry tier for younger global users to extreme-premium tiers for power users spending $50K/year. Each tier needs distinct features because you're building for fundamentally different goals and budgets. Localization compounded this: India and LatAm required entirely different price points than North America.
For the documentation I just put that actually in a notion doc and then a basic website and then that was it so it was pretty bare bones and it probably took just a couple of weeks.
Ship with a Notion doc for docs and a basic site, nothing more
Adrian had his API live with customers in weeks because he refused to over-engineer the launch surface. A Node.js server on Render, a Notion doc for docs, and a minimal homepage were enough to get paying users. Perfecting the wrapper delayed nothing that mattered.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
