What is Arclent?
Arclent is a hiring platform built on verified work. Creators and talent can have their portfolios confirmed by the people they actually collaborated with, so recruiters see proof of real work rather than self-reported claims or follower counts. Verified collaborations earn a badge that reflects the size of the audience behind the work, ranging from Bronze for channels under 100K subscribers or followers up to Red Diamond for channels with 100M+.
The platform is aimed at talent who want credit for their work, and at recruiters and companies who want to hire based on proof. Talent can connect Instagram so that creator credits, such as a description tagging them, are matched automatically. Otherwise, the talent paste a link to their work and Arclent's AI finds the creator and requests confirmation on their behalf.
For employers, Arclent includes an AI Copilot that drafts a complete job post from a short description of the role, and AI-drafted outreach that writes personalized messages to candidates, sent from a built-in inbox. Recruiters can also browse talent by verified tier and manage applicants and shortlists without spreadsheets.
What sets Arclent apart is its focus on verification over self-promotion: the badge reflects a real person confirming the collaboration, not how many times someone has claimed a credit.

Pin your goal-stated elevator pitch as your X profile pinned post — not the product link
Your pinned post should be your goal or storyline, not a product link. Rob's pinned post is the one-sentence stake-in-the-ground that tells every profile visitor what story they'd be following. A pinned goal converts profile-visitors into followers; a pinned product page doesn't.
We learned Spark, which is just whitelisting on TikTok but taking the coach's organic content and turning that into an ad and pointing that in a direction that we set. That was explosive very quickly for us.
Spark Ads — whitelisting organic coach content as an ad — was explosive for Ladder
TikTok's Spark Ads let you take an organic post from a creator's account, boost it with paid budget, and control the CTA destination. For Ladder, this bridged the organic-to-paid gap: proven organic content became the ad creative, so social proof (real follower counts, organic engagement) was visible to paid audiences. This hybrid format outperformed brand-produced ads because TikTok's algorithm treats Spark Ads like organic posts.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
