What is Agent Barn?

Agent Barn is an open source control plane for AI agents, released under the Apache-2.0 license and designed to run on your own Kubernetes. It lets a team run its AI agents from one place instead of managing each one separately. Source code is at https://github.com/aai-labs/agent-barn and guides are at https://agentbarn.dev/guides.

Agents work where teams already talk. You can control your tools from Slack and Teams, and the project also lists Discord and Telegram. Talk to your tools to search Jira, check GitHub activity, update your CRM, and retrieve knowledge through a conversation. Agents can send scheduled reports such as stand-up summaries, project updates, and operational reports, and they can run workflows on autopilot by monitoring events and coordinating multi-step tasks.

Agents are built from versioned templates. A template defines an agent's role, identity, operating instructions, tools, startup behavior, and restrictions in reusable Markdown bundles. You can assign reusable skills and connect services such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Bitbucket, and Gmail with encrypted credentials.

Agent Barn also gives you visibility into the whole fleet. You can review conversations, tool executions, logs, lifecycle state, and model costs for every agent your role permits you to access. Management covers organizations, agent access, templates, skills, lifecycle, conversations, tool calls, logs, and costs.

You choose a runtime for each agent, currently OpenClaw or Hermes. Agent Barn renders the pinned configuration, attaches the skills and credentials, and manages the agent's lifecycle.

Distribution
we have a million dollars a day budget at the campaign level... with the guard rails in you won't be spending 1 million a day of course you will only spend up to your total campaign cap

Set campaign budget to $1M/day to remove pacing caps — guard with spend limits

At accounts already spending $50k+/day, an artificially low daily budget signals the algorithm to throttle delivery. Setting the campaign-level budget to $1M/day while placing real spend controls at the campaign-cap level removes that ceiling and lets the algorithm compete for higher-quality inventory. In one case this produced a hockey-stick volume increase while cost-per-purchase fell simultaneously.

I have a very specific route that I go down and it's normally UGC first So I have multiple UGC accounts and I like to create content that is kind of rage baiting where it's kind of like you show something and people have to maybe scroll back or watch it again...all Tik Tok sees is that oh that's engagement let's boost that...Once I have the right hook then I then launch it on meta ads...for price screen we were getting between 30 to 50 cents cost per install in the US market

Mine TikTok Rage-Bait Hooks For Free Then Port Winners To Meta For 30-50c Installs

Lots's day-one playbook runs multiple TikTok UGC accounts producing rage-bait content that forces rewatches and comment arguments — TikTok's algorithm reads the engagement and amplifies for free. Only the winning hook graduates to paid Meta ads, where Pray Screen hit $0.30–$0.50 US cost-per-install. Free organic testing converts into cheap, proven paid scale.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
