Use your opt-in count as the lever that forces you to ship every week
If consistency is your weakness, structurally tie your output to a count you can't hide from. Every newsletter subscriber, podcast follower, YouTube subscriber is a signed opt-in saying "I expect new content from you next week." Watch that number, not the analytics.
